The hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the attention to detail was remarkable. The owners and staff went to great lengths to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, such as offering early breakfasts and providing laundry services. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel, situated near the center and on the river, was simply perfect. Lastly, the breakfast spread offered a variety of options that catered to different tastes and preferences.
All was perfect and met my expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was near the center and within walking distance of the main sites in this city. Moreover, the hotel offered free parking nearby, which was very convenient. I was impressed with the high level of cleanliness, the great hotel facilities, the helpful staff, and the convenient location.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the center and with beautiful views of the river. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. the staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the comfortable beds and the powerful shower.
The occasional unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen.

The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the main attractions in the city. It was also convenient to have free parking nearby. the room was recently refurbished, with a fresh and modern design. Although small, it was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.
The dining area and entrance of the hotel were a bit dated. the breakfast service was a bit disorganised, possibly due to a large group of children staying at the hotel.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay with family at this charming hotel. The comfortable rooms were all tastefully decorated with a festive touch and we received daily visits from Santa Claus. The location, being situated near the heart of the city center and close to the historic cathedral, made it easy for us to explore all the wonderful sights during our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which offered a variety of delicious options to start our days off right.
The hotel lacked enough facilities to cater to a large family gathering such as we had in our group. The hotel's restaurant was closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, which made it hard for us to find dining options nearby.
